In addition to understanding the existing potentials, the people should understand the important values of the Sapta Pesona, the pillar for Indonesia’s tourism development and management.

These values comprise safe, orderly, clean, cool, beautiful, hospitable, and memorable.

The actualization of Sapta Pesona values become a part of daily behavior in serving tourists which supports the growth of tourism climate and embodies the local wisdom value.
